SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments are tracked, insured and require a signature for delivery.

When will I receive my goods?
Orders will be processed within 5 working days, with the exception of pre-order items, unless differently indicated. Please refer to the item description for expected availability time. Shipped items will be delivered in 24 to 72 hours depending on destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on quantity and destination, you can see your shipping costs in your cart before payment.

Delivery
All our shipments require signature for delivery. Courier will try to deliver up to 3 times and will keep the package for up to 10 days if delivery problems occur.  In case the customer is unable to receive the order, the package will be returned and the customer will be reimbursed without the transport cost and all costs related to returns operation, or the customer can pay the extra costs and repeat the shipping. No reimbursement will occur for pre-order or personalized items.

Customs
Customs duties and/or taxes may be levied, as applicable in the destination country, on goods delivered outside UE. Customs duties, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot determine nor control customs duties as determined by the destination country. In case the customer refuses to receive the order because of duties, we will call back the order and the customer will be reimbursed without the transport cost and all costs related to returns operation, or the customer can pay the extra costs and repeat the shipping. No reimbursement will occur for pre-order or personalized items. Please ask your local customs for information.
